Jessica Fishman Levinson, MS, RDN, CDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of Nutritioulicious, a New York-based nutrition communications and consulting business with a focus on culinary nutrition. Jessica provides her services to individual and corporate clients. She is also a spokesperson and brand ambassador for food and beverage companies including the the Calorie Control Council, Metamucil, and the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance. Jessica has extensive experience as a recipe developer, writer, editor, and speaker. She is the co-author of We Can Cook: Introduce Your Child to the Joy of Cooking with 75 Simple Recipes and Activities (Barron’s, 2011), a cookbook for children ages 3 to 6. Jessica is also the Culinary Corner columnist for Today’s Dietitian Magazine, maintains a popular nutrition blog, and has been featured as a nutrition expert for various television and radio outlets including WNBC NY, NY1, NY FOX 5, Baltimore’s WBAL/NBC, 24/7 News Source, and Las Vegas’ KLAS-TV.

She has also appeared in several print outlets including Prevention, Glamour, Fitness, and Woman’s Day and has previously served on the advisory board of Scholastic’s Parent & Child Magazine. Additionally, Jessica has written for health and lifestyle websites including WeeWestchester.com, FoodCare.com, SuperKidsNutrition.com, JoyofKosher.com, and EverydayHealth.com.

Jessica has an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and a BA in Psychology, both from New York University. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), the Greater New York Dietetic Association, and various Dietetic Practice Groups of the AND, including Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Food and Culinary Professionals, and Dietitians in Business and Communications.

Jessica lives in Westchester, New York with her husband Andrew, her twin daughters Charlotte and Sabrina, and their dog Bernie. She loves food, traveling, taking walks around her neighborhood, and watching her daughters enjoy Nutritioulicious food!
