As you may know from summer’s past, I love farm-fresh tomatoes. What I love even more is the simple yet nutritious and delicious combination of tomatoes and basil. As I mentioned yesterday, last weekend I made dinner using my CSA veggies. Included in the bundle were 3 ears of corn and some basil.
