All About Sugar Snap Peas

I love eating sugar snap peas in the summer. A few weeks ago, the Union Square Greenmarket was full of them, so I decided to pick some up from Keith’s Farm, which I can always count on for everything colorful, fresh, and organic.

As I’m sure most of you know, I love fresh fruit, and I rarely go a day without getting in a full three servings of it. During the winter though, it’s slim pickings when it comes to available fresh fruit.
